A little about me...

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been utterly obsessed with dogs. It’s a bit ironic, really, because growing up, I didn’t actually have one. But that didn’t stop me. I was the kid who would stop mid-stride on the street just to say hi to every dog passing by. I’d be late for school because I was busy petting a stranger’s golden retriever or trying to convince a dachshund to be my best friend. To this day, I still can’t resist a wagging tail or a pair of puppy-dog eyes—it’s like an unspoken agreement between me and the dog world.

But life as a dog-lover without a dog was tough. I lived vicariously through my friends and family who did have dogs. I became the go-to dog sitter for anyone I knew. Family barbecues? I’d spend more time with the Labrador than the cousins. Christmas at Auntie’s? You’d find me under the table sharing turkey scraps with her spaniel. It was clear to everyone: I didn’t just like dogs. I needed them.

Then, five years ago, the universe finally threw me a bone—literally. Enter Vegas, the beagle who changed everything. We named her Vegas because what happens in Vegas... stays in Vegas. Except in her case, the chaos followed us home. She was equal parts adorable and mischievous, with a nose that could sniff out a crumb from a mile away and the energy of a caffeinated squirrel. Vegas brought love, laughter, and muddy paw prints into our lives, and from the moment she bounded into our home, I knew I had found my calling.

I realised I couldn’t keep all this dog love to myself. I wanted to share it with the world—or at least with the dogs of Chester. So, I turned my passion into a profession. Now, I run a fully insured and registered dog-walking and pet-care business, complete with a Canine First Aid certificate and a shiny CRB check to keep things official. In short, I’ve got the skills, the credentials, and an endless supply of treats to keep tails wagging.

If you have any questions—or if your dog needs a walk, a cuddle, or someone to listen to their stories (I’m a great listener)—don’t hesitate to get in touch. Whatever your fur baby needs, I’ll do everything I can to make it happen. Because at the end of the day, happy dogs make for happy humans—and a very happy me!
